Meet Rachelle Iphael

Rachelle Iphael is a dedicated Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit (MHC-LP) with a passion for helping individuals, families, and communities achieve emotional wellness and personal growth. She earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury.

Rachelle has experience providing individual, family, and community-based counseling services to diverse populations facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, and behavioral concerns. Throughout her career, she has worked in outpatient mental health settings, community-based programs, child welfare services, and family therapy practices, developing a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families.

As a bilingual clinician fluent in English and Haitian Creole, Rachelle is committed to providing culturally responsive and compassionate care. She believes in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.

Rachelle’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, strength-based, and collaborative. She integrates evidence-based practices while honoring each client’s individual background, values, and goals. Her mission is to support clients in overcoming obstacles, improving emotional well-being, and developing the tools necessary to lead fulfilling and balanced lives.

In addition to her clinical work, Rachelle is passionate about mental health advocacy, community outreach, and increasing access to quality mental health services within underserved populations.
